HOW CAN I JOIN THE AKADEMİ CEVRE FAMILY?

During the recruitment process, evaluations are made based on the qualifications and competencies required by the position in the candidate. Interviews are carried out using different techniques for our blue- and white-collar employees. Whenever human resources are needed for any position, evaluations are made primarily among our employees working in our company and requesting to work in the relevant position within the scope of our backup plan. If there is no suitable candidate among our current colleagues who will continue to work in the relevant position, our announcements to meet our open position are published on our company's website and various portals.

A pre-evaluation is made among the applicants and a phone interview is made to meet the most suitable people for the position.

Candidates who have a positive telephone interview are invited to the first interview, which will take place in the form of a face-to-face interview. In this process carried out by our human resources department, evaluations are made to determine the candidates' competencies, personality traits, and suitability for the position, based on their past work experience and success or behavior patterns in the face of different problems. Also, information is given to introduce the company, working conditions, and requirements of the vacant position.

In the interview phase, in which human resources and relevant department managers participate, evaluations are made to determine these competencies, communication skills, leadership, teamwork, and awareness of the person in positions requiring professional knowledge and expertise, and it is observed whether there is full compatibility between the position and the candidate.

At the last stage of our recruitment process, job offers are made to candidates whose interview processes have been concluded positively, after the reference check.

By completing the recruitment process, all our new employees receive the necessary occupational health and safety training as of the first day and participate in the orientation program that will accelerate the adaptation processes to the company.
